 SUMMARY OF THE SCRIPT

 The gist of the story is concerning the progress that journalist can bring in the society with ethical journalism.This thought is presented through focus on one particular issue so as to bring an easy grasping and understanding.Its more like throwing light on the fact that it shouldn't be considered normal for any media to disseminate anything that is not factual ,not ethical and not true..its conveyed through on instance .

 MOTTO OF THIS PRESENTATION:
There is a misconception among the people that journalism has become a dirty game with red-tape-ism ,gate keeping,high involvement of the corrupted politicians,bribery and influence of money over ethics for journalists ,its quite saddening that this misconception is somewhere happening in real ,around us...The terms that the press and media houses have been entitled with;like presstitudes, gossip journalists and other degrading headlines makes our overall glance at this profession strange and awkward..while this is a profession that has to be in synonym with "INTEGRITY" ,ethics,and truth..So in order to instill this among budding journalists and other sections this presentation is vital.

 TARGET AUDIENCE has to be mainly budding journalists and other professional sets,as it is an insight into integrity.

" This is flat Earth news,A story appears to be true.Its is widely accepted as true ;it becomes a heresy to suggest that it is not true-even if it is riddled with falsehood,distortion and propaganda.
Flat earth news is so widespread that it is itself the subject of flat earth stories.
For eg: There is a simple perception that media stories are produced by corrupt and cynical journalistic puppets who just couldn't care less whether they tell  the truth and simply dance to the tunes whoever pulling their string.
The fact is that there are some horrible journalists out there moral coward,intellectual quislings,boot lickers and natural born liars,some of them are drunks.some of them take backhanders from intelligence agencies or government departments. There are masses of .But the important point is that there are masses of journalists who are not of those things ,many of them genuinely dedicated people,and yet frequently they fail to tell the truth"(this paragraph is thoroughly extracted from the book mentioned above)

[This concept was successfully depicted in its pure form in Lovely Professional University ,Punjab in the Journalism block wherein the presentation was witnessed by students and faculty members.The dialogue and skit form is not posted as its was a group work wherein my part was to bring out the concept.The dialogues where a culmination of every group member's work.]

Kochi :The state is heading its transport modes to a newer pace with welcoming arms to the burgeoning cycling craze. It is setting a new trend especially among the youngsters. The trauma of rape in the Netflix series shows disturbing ways the system works around rape survivors and addresses it as it should be.  Trauma is often exploited in the media, which, in layers, has enabled rape culture by using women characters as the subject of rape-revenge plots even in big-budget movies and TV series like Game of Thrones or as a backstory to build a strong woman character in iconic movies like Quentin Tarantino’s Kill Bill. However, these defaults and stereotypes in rape narratives associated with shame and a flashback of “badly behaved women” characters are dismantled in the series Unbelievable created by Susannah Grant.  The series revolves around investigations of rapes that follow a similar pattern.
